My Versa HR monitor is no longer working. Seems like it stopped working after the most recent firmware update. The lights are not blinking on the back. I have tried resetting my versa and nothing works. I have tried other tricks that other users have posted and nothing.

I attempted to chat with the support team but I was 13 in line sooooo I decided to see what I could get this way first!! 😂

I actually removed the Versa completely because I have an old Blaze I was going to use instead and when I did that, the HR monitor started working again on my Versa! Try completely deleting your Versa and reinstalling it!
