My Versa is less than 1 years old. The heart rate sensor and, therefore, sleep statistics have both stopped working. I have tried:
Restarting
Rebooting
Resetting
Tips and "answers" from this forum
Cleaning
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @JLBNeedHelp , is the green light on the back of your watch still reacting? Since you've already tried allthe known actionsto solve this problem, I would advice yout strongly to contact Customer Support, certainly since your Versa is less than one year old and you should be eligible for a replacement when the sensor is down.
