My Versa stopped tracking my heart rate. I have reached out to customer support 5 times, restarted, completed a factory reset, synced, turned off and on many times. What next? My FitBit is less than a year old, so is still under warranty but I can't get anyone to help solve the problem or give me a new FitBit. I love my fitbit when it's working, but it is currently nothing more than a watch as the sleep tracking and activity is wayyyyy off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
