Versa Heart Rate Stopped Working

My Versa stopped tracking my heart rate. I have reached out to customer support 5 times, restarted, completed a factory reset, synced, turned off and on many times. What next? My FitBit is less than a year old, so is still under warranty but I can't get anyone to help solve the problem or give me a new FitBit. I love my fitbit when it's working, but it is currently nothing more than a watch as the sleep tracking and activity is wayyyyy off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is nothing anyone on the forums can suggest other than what you have already tried. I think you need to keep hasseling Support about it
