Versa Heart rate reader not working

My Versa heart rate reader suddenly stopped working.  I have use every troubleshooting tip I could find.   I have done everything from restarting it to a complete factory reset.  The heart rate tracking is on, the green lights are not flashing on the bottom. Does Fitbit offer any kind of repair options?

Hi again! I found this:

Are the LED lights on the back of your tracker ON? If not, please open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to Heart Rate and toggle OFF an ON several times, then reboot the tracker by holding the left button until the screen turns off and the fitbit logo appears. Other things to remember - make sure that the battery is not critically low as this may turn off HR sensor. Make also sure you wear the band tight enough and you do not have any tattoos on the arm. And it worked for me!

I noticed mine not reporting for one day after I updated it, and now my BMP is super high even while resting. My BMP is showing in the 170+... UGH

Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately, I have tried all of those suggestions.
It is still not working. I'm afraid it may just be time for an upgrade.
I've had this watch for 2 years now, I am also having to charge it more
frequently, as well.
