Versa 2 Randomly Turns Off/Restarts Itself

My Versa 2 has been randomly shutting off and restarting itself for months. It will turn off and begin the restart process so the screen is left with the fitbit logo on it. Originally, it only happened a couple times a day and each restart would last a few seconds to a minute. After the restart it would work fine. Now it restarts at least once every two hours and will be off for a minimum of five minutes. Also, for multiple days in a row now, it has shut off around 7am and stays off for almost three full hours. I have been charging it everyday to make sure that the battery is full and is not the problem. Any one have an idea of what is going wrong or how I can fix it?

I also have this problem.

Mine's been like this for a week or so now. 

Also finding that my screen becomes unresponsive to touch multiple times through out the day.

Very keen to find a solution!

I have the same, I did a device reset but it shows me the prompt "Reset failde! your data was not cleared. Please try again"

My screen has also been unresponsive during the few times that it is on throughout the day
