My Versa shows Heart Rate “BPM null”. I see green sensor blicking under watch.
Things I tried
- Restarting Versa by holding down left and bottom right buttons
- Changing face to something from Fitbit
- Wearing on other hand
- Cleaning the sensors
- twisting watch (sensor on wrist vein)
- Used my wife’s watch (Works)
- She used mine (same “null” problem.)
I only had it for few months. No physical / visual damage. No water damage and never been submerged. Just shower splashes at most.
What else can I try. What are the steps to get it exchanged?

I would go into settings and turn off your heart rate, save, then sync, then go back and turn it on, save, sync
