I searched my problem as the forum suggests. I see I am not the only person with this problem, but I see there has been no resolution. My Versa at this point is only useful as a watch. I cannot see or do anything else with it. Cannot see my stats. I am still able to sync. I only upgraded to the Versa because of it being waterproof. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer support I cannot receive. Can't get live chat, try to send a message, that doesn't work either. I guess I should have gone with my instincts and bought an Apple Watch.

@Aaanana , I’d like to help if I can. Let’s take this one problem at a time. You say you cannot see your stats.
Once you answer these questions, and try to set what you would like to see on your Versa, please let us know.
Best AnswerIt doesn’t matter what stats I have, I cannot swipe at all. Pressing the buttons doesn’t do any good either. The watch face shows my heart rate. I have tried restarting and got no results.
