Versa I cannot see my stats

I searched my problem as the forum suggests. I see I am not the only person with this problem, but I see there has been no resolution. My Versa at this point is only useful as a watch. I cannot see or do anything else with it. Cannot see my stats. I am still able to sync. I only upgraded to the Versa because of it being waterproof. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer support I cannot receive. Can't get live chat, try to send a message, that doesn't work either. I guess I should have gone with my instincts and bought an Apple Watch.

Thanks for trying. Finally got ahold of support. Thankfully I am still under warranty, a new one is on its way.

@Aaanana , I’d like to help if I can. Let’s take this one problem at a time. You say you cannot see your stats. 

  • You say you are still able to sync. Can you view your stats in the Fitbit app? Which phone do you sync to?
  • Which clock face do you have? Which stats are supposed to show? Do they display on your clock face? For example, my Versa uses the Business face. It is an analog watch that is supposed to display day, date, time and steps. It shows all three  AF1C1468-0E35-4518-9E35-A5577FE285AB.jpeg
  • On your Versa, if you swipe up from the clock face, you will see a Settings button. Tap that and select what you would like to see on your Versa. The choices are: activity, hourly steps, heart rate, exercise, sleep, water, food, weight and badges. You can select up to 7.

Once you answer these questions, and try to set what you would like to see on your Versa, please let us know.

It will not swipe at all. I have tried to reset and that didn’t work either.

It doesn’t matter what stats I have, I cannot swipe at all. Pressing the buttons doesn’t do any good either. The watch face shows my heart rate. I have tried restarting and got no results.

Thanks for the details, @Aaanana - I’m sorry to say I have no other suggestions, other than to try Support again. Live chat works best for me, although I understand you said it did not work for you.
