Versa Is slow to process after Fitbit update

My versa is processing very slowly after the update. I say this as it is hard to open upon startup and I see a blank screen for 30 seconds or more. Never had that problem before.

I am having the same issue. I want to reboot my device but can't find the instructions for doing that.

@SunsetRunner To reboot your Versa, hold the left button and the right bottom button at the same time until the Fitbit logo appears (about 10 seconds) and then let go. Versa will vibrate when rebooted.

Thank you! Rebooting helped but Versa is still jumping around when recording steps. It will tell me I have my 250 steps for the hour then tell me I only have 225 then jump back to over 250. Very inconsistent and does not connect for notifications so I just turned them off. I am retired so no need to get them anyway. I like the ability to see my stats on the watch and I trust Fitbit will get these multiple issues fixed. (I've been down this road with the Blaze.)

I'm having the same issue. Lengthy firmware update, not unusual as I am an android user not Iphone. Now, when I flip the face from clock to see my steps the screen sits on "today" for at least three seconds. That did not happen prior to the latest 12.21.2018 firmware update.
