Ive had this Versa for less than 2 wks. Yesterday I did an update and since it starting showing message "Bluetooth error" so I did a reset factory after doing resetting 3 times and not working. Since doing the factory reset the watch wont turn on . I tried pressing down all 3 buttons for more than 20 seconds and nothing , the back and right bottom as well and nothing .

Hi, did you perform the update over BT or WiFi? What happens with your Versa when you put it in the charger and connect in to your PC? Is it charging?
