I have had Fitbit over the past ten years and many devices, but the Versa by far has given me the most issues. I went through so many replacements, screen going black, coming off, not charging till it finally went out of warranty. Instead of upgrading I bought another one (stupid now for sure) my logic was I had so many diff color bands that I didn’t want to start new with a upgrade however after a few months it would not hold its charge. I sent the tracker and charger as directed in for a replacement and guess what I got a broken replacement. I was then told to send it back, weeks later they have yet to receive it at the warehouse while I wait without a device. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed by the customer service. These devices cost too much to not work. When I get this replacement finally after months of not using one I’m over it. I even asked if they can send me one until they got the one I sent back (that they sent me broke) and after the run around on the phone was basically sent a email saying no. So thanks a lot for your awesome customer service and wonderful devices.
