Versa Iusses & Customer Support Help Needed

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I've been having a myriad of issues with my Versa for the past 2 weeks. Well for longer, but the previous issues I had magically fixes themselves and now have come back, but worse. HRM kicked the bucket, despite soft/hard/factory resets, Toggles off/on & reset, 3 resets in a row and waiting, etc. etc. Noticed the dreaded red light being on all the time. Then notifications started having issues. Now, worst of all, the  battery has been effected the last couple of days. Only staying charged for 16-18 hours. My original LG G watch can last longer then my Versa, at this point

The main problem I'm having is that due to the hours my work operates, I can't call Customer Support. I've tried on lunch, multiple times, but have to hang up due to my lunch break being over. The weekend is the only time I can contact them, but their call center is closed. I can't get the chat function to work either. Does anyone had any suggestions or am I stuck choosing between keeping the watch or buying something else?

Any help anyone can provide or suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, for your help and time.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

I understand and appreciate the reply. The downside being that it was a year ago today that I received/picked up my Versa, so I know it won't be under warranty should I get through to someone. The chat page is now showing as unavailable, so I've been jumping through rabbit holes all day.

May have to buy a different watch that's not fitbit and save this, in case someday the "virus" issue people have alluded to, is resolved. Just very unfortunate.
