I keep losing connection between my Versa and iphone 7plus. I shouldn't have to keep reeboting both for a connection...this is happening several times a day; also won't connect to my WI-FI, even though I am 3 feet away from it. I had a Charger2 and this NEVER happened. I've had this watch for less than a month and I am not happy. Please fix this problem or I will have to transfer over to another company all together and give up on the product.

Hi, this should not be happening cause your device is in the supported list of Fitbit Devices. Try the following, in the order I'm going to suggest:
1. Do you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your iPhone, If not. download it and restart your phone. If you do have the latest version:
2. Logout of your Fitbit account
3. Restart your phone and enable BT again
4. Login to your account
5. Restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons
6. Sync your Versa with your iPhone and see if the problem is solved. Good luck!!
