Versa won't turn on

I had an email pop up saying my versa was low battery. I wore it until it fully died...came home and put it on the charger. It charged for 5 hours and when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't. So I put it back on the charger and used a different outlet... Still no luck after a few hours. Then I put it on my adaptive fast charger and left it there all night. I woke up and nothing! I have read other people's post about holding buttons down for 12 seconds. Nothing. I tried holding all three buttons for 3 minutes (which hurt btw) and still no success! Help please, I love my watch...but this is super frustrating!

Hi, contact Customer Support and mention specifically that you already tried the restart procedure and a FR with no luck at all.

@snacksallnight Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa wont' turn on even after restarting it and trying another outlet.

 

I was able to to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they reached you via email. Was a solution provided?
