Versa Light not tracking floors

My new Versa Light is not tracking floors. I’ve tried other suggestions on the forum without success. My Charge 2 did.  Frustrated that my upgrade is not in good working order.

Hi @Acorn2019  the Versa Lite edition does not have an altimeter, so it can't recognize floors.  The Versa 2 and the Charge 3 do track stairs.

Thanks. I didn’t know that. That’s unfortunate. It counted one floor one day so I thought that it did count floors and just wasn’t working.

@Acorn2019  I'm not sure how you figure the Versa Lite counted one floor one day, because it does not have that feature.
