Versa Lite Bluetooth disconnection

My Versa Lite keeps turning off it's Bluetooth by itself, and I've tried everything that I have read about this, but nothing has helped. I just want it to stay bluethoothed to my phone

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're experiencing connection difficulties with your Fitbit and your mobile device or a Bluetooth audio device? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
