My versa lite replacement came today, its having the same problem as my old one. It won't update or sync and I get a red X with the words "Data not cleared, Sync and try again" The troubleshooting tells me to go the settings on my watch, but I can't get it past the red X.
I have a Samsung galaxy s10e with Android 10. It all worked a week ago, haven't changed anything.
