My versa lite shows that data is not cleared and sync again
I can't connect my mobile to it and it won't reset

Let me share with you that your Versa Lite is showing such error message because its firmware version wasn't successfully updated and installed. That being said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article.
