My versa 2 is just refusing to sync time and date. It is picking the stats and putting them in a month old date and time. Although the notifications and all other communication on it is showing actual time and date but just the “Today” part of it with all its stats and recordings is showing an older time and date.. have done everything possible but this is not correcting

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.
