Versa Lite Exercise Calorie Tracking Issue/Tracker Not Responding

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just recently, my Versa Lite appears to be having difficulty tracking the calories I burn during exercise.

Every day I do 30 minutes of exercise on my exercycle (tracked as Spinning) at the same intensity levels for the same amount of time. I set it to track Spinning at the start of my exercise and end the tracking when I finish. The Versa Lite used to report about 250 calories burned when I do so; but now it reports considerably less.

For some time, I have also been sometimes getting an error message that my tracker is not responding.

Nevertheless, the Versa Lite appears to be able to track most everything else, including steps taken, sleep patterns and overall calories burned, etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem may be and how to fix it?

Thank you.

Check your heart rate graph during the exercise sessions?  Do you have breaks in the tracking the times with lower calorie burn?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "breaks," but (for example, today) there are five short intervals where the calorie burn appears to drop to near 0 (or where it was at the start).

I mean places where it does not record a heart rate, or it drops to a low level that is not realistic.  Calories are based on heart rate, so if heart rate is not getting recorded, calories could be way off too.

I am not certain where I would find this to check. Loo0king at my resting heart rate stats, the Versa Lite would appear to be recording it.
