My Fitbit lite is playing up its 1 hour behind today and also I can’t get the same recording on my Fitbit screen app of my steps I’ve walked so far please help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa Lite it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.

 

However, this may also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Hello

 

I have the same problem as @Katty1949. My Fitbit versa lite synchronizes with my iPhone, but after a while it just starts playing back. At the end of the day I’m up to minimum one hour difference. 
At this moment my phone says 9:57 while my versa says 8:58. So steps are wrong, sleep is wrong, ...

 

I’ve tried synchronizing, charging, shutting down, sync hour to phone, not sync hour to phone and just the time zone, ... nothing works 😞 

 

Please help
