Pink update button not appearing for Versa

I have a Fitbit versa and the current software version is 32.32.12.19. 

 

There is no option to update the software. The pink button does not appear in the app where it is meant to. 

 

I've tried resetting it. I've also deleted the device and re-added it from the app. Wi-fi is connected. 

 

I've done everything short of a factory reset. 

 

What can I do from here?

Hello @Andrew888 and welcome to the Help forum.  If you just did the delete and re-adding, then wait another 24-48 hours before doing anything else.  Fitbit is constantly sending out updates to different devices, so I hope you get added back in line for the updates you need to be current.   But if you have been using your Versa all along, I'm not sure why you haven't been getting updates all along.

 

When you do a factory reset, you need to add it back to your account.  That might move you farther down line for your updates.  There are many reports in these forums of devices getting bricked from a factory reset.  If you don't get updates in the next 24-48 hours, then you should contact Support for more help.  My personal advice, as a fellow user, is only do a factory reset if Support tells you to do it.

 

When you do get your updates, you might not get all the way to current in one update.  My husband added an Ionic to his account that was seven firmware versions out of date.  the updates came in two updates over the course of five or six days.
