On May 15, 2021, I purchased a Fitbit Versa watch for my friend as a gift.
After a few days, she found numerous defects in the device:
  • bright streaks appeared on the screen
  • The battery lasts only up to 12 h
  • incorrect time is displayed, which changes it to the next day, even though the previous day is still on
  • not always notifications work, e.g. incoming call or message
  • the previous screen is getting through from under the screen, as if the two screens were overlapping
  • the heart rate measurement does not always work
  • watch wake-up does not always work
  • LED blinks alternately green and red203963372_452278285940292_3541453849408094482_n.jpg204253099_1184649548646065_760879281941495819_n.jpg205141398_900670760790756_5985464534240433611_n.jpg205686625_2918297618389319_7809627070490887373_n.jpg206427642_113014950918169_8421408661513452013_n.jpg206780023_285013339976448_6739294789056536602_n.jpg

Please help with this case, what I should do? Via e-mail is no longer possible...

@WuZetKa - since Fitbit no longer sells that device, I would suggest you return it to the retailer you purchased it from. Are you sure it was new?

Hi Carol-B,

the seller claims the device was new...

BTW

I don't like that I can't directly contact an authorized service center only on the forum with other users. I don't think it should look like that....
