I just brought a brand new versa lite limited edition and I can’t get the heart tracker to work. I have turned it off forced sync turned it back on and forced sync again and then restarted it and it still won’t track what should I do? Thank you in advance

Hello @RachelMWalker and welcome to the Community. The Versa Lite was released in 2019 and is a discontinued model. I think you should try to get your money back.
