Versa Lite Quick Responses Not Sending

Hello,

I just received a Versa Lite for Christmas. It started off great, then this morning I updated my tracker and ever since then it has not been sending Quick replies. It was fine just before the update.

It shows reply and I can click on it, but when I try to send a quick reply it will say "message on it's way" after sending, it does not show up as sent on my phone and the other person does not get the text. 

It's almost like my Versa Lite isn't talking to my phone at all except to receive the notification. I can't reply, "mark as read", or "Open" any messages.
