Not receiving text notifications

please bring back the ability for text messages to be received on versa. after the update i get all notifications except text messages! none of the fixes work. please fix asap!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you receiving phone call notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured.

 

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I am also having this problem. 

 

I have a Galaxy S10+ 

 

My app and phone are up to date, and I've tried restarting the phone and watch. Deleted the app. All permissions are set.
