Versa Lite Screen Is Blank

My Versa Lite screen has gone blank. The back light will come on if I hold the side button but nothing is displayed on the screen. The green light intermittently flashes on the back of the watch. It appears to still be syncing with the app. I've had my Versa Lite for less than two months! I'm not sure what happened. I never had any problems with my Fitbit Blaze.

My versa lite is only 2 weeks old and the screen is blank.  Green light flashing on back.  Tried running flat and recharging.  Still nothing. Still viabrates on occasions.  Not happy

Try restarting your Versa Lites several times. If you still have a blank screen then contact Support. Hopefully they will be able to help.

I've contacted support because nothing has worked. So far, they've had me try things I already knew to try. Still nothing on the screen. The green light is no longer flashing on the back of the watch either.

Hi @MikeStaff  Yeah, you have to jump through a few hoops with Support, but stick with it, and hopefully they will replace yours.
