Versa Lite Stuck on Update.

• My versa lite has been stuck in an infinite loop of updating, stalling, and then saying it needs to be updated for about a week now. 
• It's trying to update to the 6.1.1 version. 
• It gets a little over half way through the update and then gets stuck or just stops. 
• It says it synced with my phone but needs to update it, and I can not use it without updating it
