Hi @Shivamjainz - this can happen sometimes and there are some things you can do to resolve it.
It is necessary to sync the watch successfully to set the time right.
Sometimes it doesn't always work.
Firstly restart the watch [and may as well do the phone too]. Then sync again.
After a few tries if it is still not getting set, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, then App settings.
Turn off automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually then sync [possibly a few times].
Once it has set the time you can turn on automatic time zone again.
