Versa Lite Today App Issue

I've contacted Support twice since getting my Versa Lite less than a week ago. Today, I was told to factory reset my Versa Lite and now I'm able to change the clock face, download the apps, control my music, have the Smart Wake alarms... But one other issue I had was my water tracking wouldn't sync to the app in my phone. Now the Today app is only showing me Steps, Hourly Steps, and Heart rate. I can't see calories, sleep, water, or distance now. I tried restarting my Versa Lite and it didn't help. I'm getting pretty frustrated that I'm having so many issues with this smartwatch right out of the box. Does anyone have a way to fix the Today app since I can't uninstall/reinstall it?

Bumping with update...

 

I got the newest update and have set up reminders. However, I still cannot see any other stats than the three I listed above when I swipe up. When I look at the Today App in my app list, it shows all the stat options on the Versa Lite. How can I get all of these back? I've tried resetting but that hasn't helped.
