Versa Lite: Touchscreen not properly working

I have a Versa Lite that is just over a year old.  Since the most recent update, tapping the screen does not work to "turn on" the watch face.  Also, pressing the button will not bring up the screen either.  It will sometimes randomly display.  When it does, I cannot swipe to get to any other functions.
