My versa lite recently stopped syncing to my phone. I have taken several steps to trouble shoot the issue. Here's what I have ALREADY done:
1. Turned the bluetooth on/off on phone
2. Restarted my phone
3. Updated my fitbit app
4. Restarted the tracker then try syncing to phone.
5. Restart tracker several times in a row then try syncing to phone.
6. Unlinked the tracker completely and tried to get it to re-sync
7. Let the tracker die completely, then recharge it, then try to sync it.
8. Removing the tracker from previous linked blue tooth devices on my phone and trying to sync again.
None of the above has worked. Can anyone please help?

I have a samsung galaxy 8 and the fitbit versa lite worked with this phone for almost a year and then stopped. I got it last Christmas.

To directly answer the question. Yes it is on the list of compatible phones and I have looked over the articles and they did not help.

I was hopeful a moderator would respond but I guess not. I hope you get yours working! I'll be calling them tomorrow to see if I can get any kind of help.
