Is there anyway i can track my running on the fitbit and then have it sync information like the route i ran, on to the strava app without physically carring my phone as well on a run? Was recently given a versa lite and I'd love to stop taking my phone on runs!

@198502 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'm glad to hear that you just received a Versa Lite. When using Fitbit and Strava, the activities that will sync to Strava are the ones that are tracked with GPS. The same will be for Strava, only the activities tracked with GPS will sync to Fitbit.
Since your Versa Lite doesn't have GPS built-in, you will need to carry your phone, in order for your runs to sync to Strava.
Additionally, you have the option to use SmartTrack in your Versa Lite, which will automatically track your activity and sync it to your Dashboard. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
