I have the minimal on the Versa Lite. I just bought it. I had the Fitbit Alta prior. I charged it and its 70 the next day I only have one alarm, dim settings. Is there something to stop the battery from draining is this normal? II have the bitmoji face.

@SolieMe welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since the battery is not lasting as long as it should. By the way, thank you for letting me know that you only have one alarm and dim settings.

I'd like you to take a look at this help article and follow the tips that are listed in order to improve the battery life of your Versa Lite. Also, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit in order to test if this also corrects the battery life of your watch.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I'm having a similar issue. As soon as I take it off of the charger it's at 99%. Within 2 hours, 84%. I'm on auto, manual turn on, it's not connected to my phone so I don't receive notifications, only for step goals and my 3 alarms. I only have two apps on there- flashlight and motivate me. I charged it midnight Friday and today it's at 57%. I spent the majority of the day in bed yesterday because of how sick I was. Please assist.

I'm having the same problem.  I have had my fitbit Versa Lite since August 2019.  The issues with the battery have only started in the last week.  I have read all the help articles and tried everything.  I don't use any alarms and I use the Layers Clock face.  As I said, the problem has occurred in the last week.

I am having the same issue, I just got my Versa Lite and despite charging it to 100%, it is never lasting even 24 hours.  I have checked to make sure it is set to manual turn on and I don't have any apps loaded on it. I am super disappointed in this 😞

That is very unusual. My battery does not drop that fast. It generally lasts at least 3 days after I charge it to 100%. You need to make sure you contact support services about getting a replacement.

This just started happening to me too. I first got the watch in December and the battery would last about 3.5 to 4 days now it only lasts a day and a half before its telling me the battery is low.

Was there an update in the last month or so that is affecting battery life?  My Versa Lite isnt even a year old and lately the battery is draining faster and faster. I just took it off of the charger last night around 10pm at 100% battery and now its not even 8pm the next evening and I just got a low battery warning.  And I wasnt even wearing the watch until 7am this morning.
