my sons Versa Lite gets charged to 100% and then loses power in a few hours and has to be fully charged all over again 😟
is there someway to fix this ?

In all probability it has water inside, check the back windows for condensation with a magnifying glass.
If its under warranty replace it immediately, otherwise let it dry for some days before charging it.

Hi there, @Jayqualin. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your son's Versa Lite. I understand where your concern is coming from.
May I know if your son is syncing with and Android or iOS device? If he is using an iOS device, please verify and let me know which app version it's running. In the meantime, please try to log out of the Fitbit app then back in. Test the Versa Lite's battery behavior and see whether it keeps on draining.

Thanks. I contacted Fitbit and it is a manufacturing defect. They are replacing the fit bit for us! Appreciate your ideas
