Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

My device is not registering anything. I can't swipe left or right, nor up or down. I have restarted the device multiple times. Please help.

In case its a clock face issue can you try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App.

I had/ have this issue. Since the restart didn't work and I couldn't make any changes I did a factory reset and that failed got a message on my Versa 2 that the rest failed and now I have nothing. Fitbit is emailing me warranty options.

My warranty has expired. At least I got a spare face from someone who bought a new watch.

Yeah my warranty has expired as well so I have to buy a new Fitbit
