Alexa tile not there

I started to set up my Versa 2 and when I clicked on the Alexa tile, it said to set it up and sync the fitbit app. But once I synced it, it was nowhere to be found. Tried to factory reset the watch too, but still no Alexa app. It should be available in the US, supposedly. There is no way to install it. Just got this product and already frustrated with it.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are frustrated with your Fitbit. What mobile OS are you using? More information is always better when troubleshooting. Hopefully with a bit more details, someone on the forum can help resolve this for you.

Thanks. I am using Android OS. I have already tried to look at the forums already, but most of the ones that mentioned not seeing the tile were countries that don't have Alexa supported. That guides I have looked at assume the tiles is there already, so those haven't been helpful.

Have you checked your profile to make sure you are identified with the correct country?

Huh....didn't think I needed to since location is on. I did set it, and synced the versa 2 again, but still don't see it. Might have to factory reset it again.

Factory reset the watch and set it up again. Still no Alexa tile.

Hi, there Rockmanx00,

I had the same problem few minutes ago. I bought 2 versa 2. Mine already set & ggod to go with Alexa. My husband's Alexa tile was no where to be found. I checked in the app setting where you can see the name of the country. That is where my hub's versa lost the Alexa. Coz I set his initially to our home country but mine was set to UK.

 

When I change the country to UK & walla...there it is the Alexa tile. Try it, ya. Hope this helps.
