I've had my Versa Lite since May 2019 and it was working fine and lasted about 4-5 days with a full charge. Two weeks ago, the battery lasted only 4 hours with a full charge and this problem is still persistent. I have tried restarting it which doesn't help. I have also tried allowing my Versa Lite to die and then charge it to 100% which hasn't helped as well. I would appreciate any advice given to help me solve this problem. Thank you.
(My Versa Lite is in version 38.70.8.0)

Has your problem been solved? I had the same problem with Versa previously. Nothing worked for it so I had to change it to Versa Lite. Thanks.
