My fitbit heart rate stopped working.
Now it is not even showing green light.
Rest everything is fine.
It is just 6 months old.
Maybe I should switch to apple apple as your devices are very pathetic.

I've had my fitbit versa for about 1.5 years now and i love it. Never had any issues with it. This morning, though, the HR sensor stopped working. It started reading my HR at 131 while I was just sitting down and then it got stuck there. I did a reset and factory reset and it worked for a minute then got stuck on 86. It has not worked since. Turned it off then on and it just doesn't read anything. The sensor light on the underside isn't even going off anymore. Is there any way to fix this

I have a Versa 2 and the heart rate monitor seems to stop working intermittently. I first noticed it while exercising and it had stopped recording my heart rate. After a few minutes it started working again, but it was recording my heart rate from 24 to 31 for about 5-10 minutes! This has happened about 2-3 times in the last month.
It also appears that it stops recording while I am sleeping as it shows the fitbit being disconnected in the middle of the night for an hour or two. This seems to happen about 1-2x a week.
I have tried restarting and resetting it but there is no change.
Anyone else encountered these problems and/or have suggestions.
Thanks.
