Versa Lite battery draining quickly

My versa lite is less than 6 months old. I charge it up to 100%, but it’s down to 14% by the following evening.

Hi there @Debs1977, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite's battery life is not lasting as expected, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to continue to help you.

 

As you may know, the battery of your Versa Lite should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS or Spotify. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

 

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hi

I don’t use gps nor Spotify
I have the standard Fitbit clock face
I use it for basics - steps, heart

Text messages and phone calls are hit and miss if they come through my Fitbit

I’ve left my fit bit on charge since 7 this morning
It’s just reaching 100% now.

Can’t believe this is not holding charge. Wish I never bought it now
