Versa Lite become unresponsive

The screen of my beloved versalite has become black/blank and unresponsive a couple of days ago.

I have been trying to press the button, but to no avail. My fitbit is unresponsive and this frustrates me because I have had it since Christmas 2020 and it never gave me a problem, except for the battery that needed to be charged every 2 days.

Can someone help me please?
