Versa Lite keeps pausing and flashing

My versa lite keeps pausing and flashing whilst exercising- I have missed three quarters of my work out today for the third time in a week. When it happens it will not restart or finish, it just flashes - tapping it does not work - i had to hold down the button on the side to make it stop- by then I have lost my workout data . Any helpful suggestions??

Hi there, @Louhb. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit Versa Lite before reaching out. This is not very common behavior. 

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
