So my Versa Lite now has the blank screen issue that a lot of people have experienced. I restarted it and changed the face clock, nothing worked. I chatted with customer service and they said it was broken and offered me a 35% off coupon. I’ve had the Fitbit for 1.5 years so it’s out of warranty. I’m so disappointed. Is there anything that I can try that might work?

Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.
