My screen went blank. The watch still vibrates and the green lights come on, but cannot see the screen. It is a Versa lite. Please help

Try pressing the button for 10 seconds - if the logo appears release the button.
Also go into the Fitbit App and see if its syncing normally and counting steps etc.

As the screen is dead probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
