Versa Lite blank screen

My screen went blank. The watch still vibrates and the green lights come on, but cannot see the screen. It is a Versa lite. Please help

Try pressing the button for 10 seconds - if the logo appears release the button.

Also go into the Fitbit App and see if its syncing normally and counting steps etc.

It does not work after pressing the button for 10 seconds and now my versa isn't even showing on my app. I tried reseting it to my phone but when it sends the code to the watch it vibrates but of course i cannot see the code to type in. My daughter's FIt Bit did this same thing a few months back and never has came back. So I don't think FIt Bit watches are made to last very long. Sent from my Galaxy

As the screen is dead probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
