Hi, my Fitbit versa lite screen has stopped working. You can feel the vibration as you touch the screen, so it’s still on. I have the forums and done all troubleshooting. Changed clock face, factory reset. But nothing appears. You can see the screen outline( like a back light) but nothing else.
can anyone help?
