Versa Lite blank screen

out of nowhere the touch screen stopped responding with absolutely inaccurate bpm rate then blank screen totally blank didnt even respond while plugging the charger. and no green light on the back of the watch..Accordingly cannot sync the the mobile app 
never been dropped or even scratched..
what should I do?

I would like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and provides accurate heart rate readings.
