Versa Lite blank screen

So my versa lite is vibrating when I get notifications but nothing is coming on the screen. I tried to reset it and it just flashed blue and green streaks across the screen. I can get the backlight to come in but no information besides a black screen

Hi there, @Amgimlin_520. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.

According to your post, it seems like your Versa Lite is still syncing. That being the case, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.

This happened with my versa lite today, too! One minute it was working, and then all of a sudden the screen went blurry and now it’s blank.

Hi, @Marcia_914. Welcome on board. Please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. Hope that does the trick for you.

@Marcia_914 Thanks for following the steps I suggested above. I understand how disappointing this can be.
