Versa Lite display issue

After my fitbit completed the update. My main screen will no longer display and if it does its distorted and I cant see the screen. Extremely angry right now. I haven't even had it a week yet. I have a galaxy s9

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Versa Lite display. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I totally understand how you are feeling as you haven't had it a week yet. 

 

I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
