Versa Lite display issues

Whenever I make my watch wake up (either by looking at it or tapping) the screen flares from the middle of it, almost like a sunburst. It does it with the screen brightness changed and with different watch faces. It eventually fades away but leaves a dark spot making some things unreadable. Anyone ever had this issue before?

Its a versa lite and is synced to a Samsung galaxy s10+. I've tried a restart and a factory reset and it's still doing it. Haven't gotten it wet besides sweat but clean is regularly.

Any help is much appreciated!

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Twitter and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
